Situated right by the fantastic Grand Ansa Beach, one of the most the picturesque spots on the island, the Flamboyant Hotel & Villas offers an ideal vacation destination where you can truly relax and enjoy yourself with beautiful surroundings and attractions close by. The hotel is also not far from several other beaches including the Mourne Rouge Beach and is close to some great attractions including Fort George and St George's Harbour.

This modern and beautiful condo property provided some of the best accommodation on the island with its 68 tastefully decorated rooms facing the ocean and provides many ways to help you relax and enjoy your stay with features including an outdoor swimming pool, an air-conditioned gym and a poolside lounge/bar where you can enjoy a cool drink and catch up with friends and family. There is also the Owl Bar open late at night where you can watch coverage of your favourite sporting events and to help you unwind, the hotel can offer a variety of massage/beauty treatments or just enjoy the sun on the terrace and gardens. Along with the leisure facilities at this hotel there are several services for guests wishing to stay for business reasons or an event, with several meeting rooms and larger conference rooms suitable for a variety of events, along with the professional and friendly staff able to assist with any event catering you might need.

##Location
One of the lush islands of the Windward Island Chain, Grenada is often called “the Isle of Spice” due to its huge variety of spices produced here. Visitors to the island will find it ideal for all sorts of holiday with beautiful sandy beaches providing great places to relax and soak up the sun, along with a variety of water sports especially diving, scuba diving and snorkelling with several diving centres on the island. Golf is also a popular sport on the island and there is a 9-hole course that is just a few minutes away from the hotel. Some of the best places to visit should include the island's capital of St George's, a charming town with a market square, several churches and a variety of shops, restaurants and bars to explore; whereas local attractions include the Grenada Chocolate Company, Fort George, Annandale Falls and the Rum Distillery.

##Accomodation
The modern and well-appointed rooms at the hotel include a choice of accommodation with standard rooms, one-bedroom superior suites, deluxe ocean view rooms and one-bedroom deluxe suites. The standard rooms are suitable for up to 3 people whereas the superior suites can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and children, and the deluxe suites are slightly larger with room for up to 4 adults.
Each of the rooms and suites at the hotel include a selection of modern amenities to help make your stay more comfortable with: air-conditioning – balcony/patio – fridge – direct dial telephone – wireless internet – safe – clock/radio – cable TV – coffee/tea maker – private bathroom – hairdryer.

##Eating and Drinking
There are 2 restaurants available including the Beachside Terrace Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Brands is the poolside lounge/bar where you can enjoy a quiet game of cards, meet up with people or enjoy a refreshing drink.

MEALS: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all included plus afternoon tea. Items on our menu with asterisks (*) will be half price for All Inclusive guests, (Lobster, Steak & Shrimps).

DRINKS: Regular brands, house wine by the glass, domestic beer, cocktails and soft drinks available between 10.00 - 23.30. Premium Liquors are half price for All Inclusive Guests. Complimentary tea and coffee in rooms is also provided.

Also, Beachside Terrace serves daily full buffet breakfast, a la carte lunches and dinner menus while The Owl Sports Bar offers exotic drinks and a casual menu. There are two pool tables and 2 TV screens with various sports channels. The bar is open from 10am every day and until 3am on Friday, Saturday and Monday and 11pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

##Swimming Pools
The hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool in the centre of the complex, surrounded by the pretty gardens and a spacious sun terrace with plenty of loungers and parasols to help you make the most of the sun.
