Located in the centre of Gumbet, the Sunway Hotel is popular with younger holidaymakers, couples and families who want quick and easy access to all of Gumbet's attractions including the attractive sandy beach which is only a two minute walk from the Sunway Hotel. During the day there is a good selection of water sports, including water skiing, windsurfing and parasailing, on the beach as well as excellent dolmus (local buses) connections to Bodrum which offers a wider selection of shops to explore than Gumbet.

The 83 room Sunway Hotel is a rectangular shape and is built around an open plan courtyard area. All rooms are attractively furnished and decorated and offer satellite television and air conditioning as standard.

There is an indoor restaurant and an outdoor restaurant at the Hotel Sunway and for refreshments there is a lobby bar, a pool bar and a terrace bar. The hotel also has a games room with a pool table, a TV room, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a massage room. Guests can also cool off with a swim in the pool and kids can splash around in the kids pool or why not treat yourself to a new hair style at the onsite hairdresser.
