This apartment complex is located in the old sailors and fishermen's district of Barceloneta and 50 m to the nearest links to the public transport network. It lies within walking distance of Barcelona's beach and is 10 minutes on foot from the centre, as well as being close to the old port area and surrounded by all the necessary services such as markets. The area is also famous for its seafood restaurants and bars, which are in abundance here. It is 100 m to the Borne district, 300 m to the cathedral, 400 m to Las Ramblas and 1 km to the Sagrada Familia. Barcelona Airport is just 10 km away.

## Rooms
The apartments come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and offer a double bed.
