The building, which has only very recently been renovated, comprises 6 floors and is the ideal choice for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. ## Location
The resort is situated beside the sea in Ixia, in the north of Rhodes. It is centrally located, on the coastal road that leads to the island's capital, and is only a few minutes by foot from the numerous taverns, shopping amenities and bars of Ixia. The beach itself is around 7 minutes' walk from the coastal road.

The twin rooms each come with an en suite bath/shower, a direct dial telephone, a satellite/cable TV, a radio and a fridge, and are ideal for 2 people. There are rooms available with air conditioning, for which a small additional fee must be paid on arrival.
