This fully air-conditioned apartment hotel has 6 floors with 170 apartments and studios, 40 of which are for hotel guests' use. ## Location
The hotel enjoys a first row location on the fine sandy beach of southern Tsarevo, 3 km away from the town centre and 30 km from Sozopol. Burgas International Airport is 70 km away.

The studios have modern fittings, including en suite bathrooms with shower/bathtub and hairdryer, as well as balcony or terrace, telephone, cable TV, safe and Internet access. The kitchenettes are appointed with fridge, cooker and microwave. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds. Guests are provided with an ironing set in their room, and the air conditioning and heating are individually regulated. The one-bedroom apartments have separate living room with kitchenette and bedroom, featuring identical amenities to the studios furnishing. All are with direct or side sea view.

## Sport
The spa and beauty centre offers sauna and steam room, relaxation room, massage, beauty parlour and spa treatments (fees apply to all). There is also a gym. There is are children's activities for younger guests, as well as a separate pool section. In the well-kept grounds there is an outdoor swimming pool, poolside snack bar and sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols included. A wide range of water sport facilities are on offer for additional fees. These include waterskiing, jet skiing, surfing, windsurfing, motor boating, banana boating, sailing and pedal boating. Table tennis, pool/snooker (for a fee) and beach volleyball are further options. Sun loungers and parasols may be hired on the nearby sandy beach.

The main restaurant offers breakfast and dinner in buffet style. In addition, lunch is available à la carte, and dinner may be selected from a set menu.
