The hotel is located a few minutes walk from JR Shinagawa station, one of the major stations in Tokyo which has a stop for the Bullet train (Shinkansen) and several underground lines making it easy for the visitor to move around the city. Both Narita and Haneda International Airports can be accessed easily. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from Shinagawa station. The surrounding area has a variety of shops and restaurants.There are over twenty restaurants, bars and lounges in the hotel complex, offering a range of international cuisines from French, Italian and Chinese, and JapaneseThe building is a modern 14 storey tower in a pale pink which was chosen to reflect the cherry blossom colour which is the national tree of Japan.The lobby is midium in size, bright and decorated in a light marble with a few exclusive shops. There is plenty of seating for guests where the hotel offers a personal check-in service where the clients can enjoy a welcome drink and relax as they check-in. There is a wine lounge situated just off from the lobby housing a variety of wines for their guests pleasure.The hotel is connected with Grand Prince Takanawa Hotel and Grand Prince New Takanawa Hotel via the Japanese gardens and is surrounded by over two hundred cherry trees helping to provide the guest with a relaxing ambiance during their stay in Tokyo.
