Deposit (2 separate payments: apartment plus cleaning) to be paid on the premises. Services to be paid for on the premises are TV rental (already set up in the apartments) and baby equipment rental. Pets are admitted (with supplement). End of stay cleaning on request. The residence is closed on Wednesday and the guests have to call the residence for asking how to get the keys.
