The apartments are located just 600m from the centre of Kato Gouves, a popular holiday destination due to its sandy beaches and wide range of leisure activities. Not only are there great sights to see in Kato Gouves itself, but capital Heraklion is just seventeen kilometres away, offering a whole different set of sights to see in Crete.

All 35 apartments and studios feature an en suite, kitchenette with fridge, living area, balcony as well as air conditioning and a safety deposit box for an extra charge.

##Eating and Drinking
The hotel has its own supermarket as well as pool side bar and tavern restaurant with in which there is a large TV showing live sports and receives signal from 7 different satellites.

##Swimming Pools
The hotel has its own large freshwater outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols set out on the sun terrace and pool deck.
