Hotel Overview

The hotel is situated in the town centre at the bottom of the Corso Italia, the main street where all the best shops are positioned. All along there are pretty cafe bars and restaurants. There are a few buses that reach Cortina or private transfers can be organised from Venice or Treviso airports. The best way to go to this stunning mountain resort is by car.The restaurant is large and furnished in typical style with lots of handcrafted objects, including tables and chairs, and typical fabrics with the Valley's typical motifs. The restaurant specialises in local and Italian cusine.Similar to a 'Swiss mountain lodge' with a sloping roof, wooden shutters and deep, dark wooden eaves and suffets.In keeping with the rest of the hotel, the decor in the lobby is traditional with exposed wood and antique furniture. There are few seating areas including a pleasant area close to a crackling fire place (in winter only).An excellent property in a very central location. RO 09/08
