The hotel enjoys a very quiet location but is also close to the main street and around 800 m away from the ski lift and 1 km from the centre of Bansko. Sofia Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 160 km and Plovdiv Airport roughly 230 km.

Standard rooms are for 2 people, have a bathroom with shower and are around 20m2. The studios and apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, satellite TV and a balcony which opens out onto a beautiful panoramic view of the Pirin Mountains and Bansko. All accommodation units are en suite and equipped with a shower, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, Internet access, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The heating is individually regulated. Non-smoking rooms are available.
