## Rooms
Each room is unique thanks to the character of a private residence having been maintained. The furnishings are characteristically Tuscan with carefully chosen wooden furniture. Several rooms have exposed beams and traditional Tuscan flooring featuring the original terracotta tiles, and the rest feature unique frescoes and hardwood floors. Some rooms overlook the roofs of Montaione's historic town centre, providing guests with an incredibly romantic view, while others look out onto the meticulously landscaped Italian-style garden and swimming pool. All rooms come equipped with double or king-size beds, a direct dial telephone, a safety deposit box, minibar, ironing set, Internet access, satellite/cable TV and individually regulated air conditioning and heating units. Furthermore, all rooms feature a private balcony or terrace as standard.

## Sport

Here guests can sample typical Tuscan recipes prepared with modern techniques. During high season the famous winery is opened, dug out from the cellar of the Palazzo Mannaioni and still featuring its original vaults. Wine tastings, as well as lunches and dinners, can be organised at the winery.
