## Location
This lodge is a newly built, Italian-run boutique hotel, located on the beautiful beach of Uroa in Zanzibar (Tanzania). Directly on the beach, this resort is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. It lies approximately 40 minutes from Zanzibar Island Airport.

## Rooms
All of the hotel's rooms feature elegant, original furnishings. Whilst maintaining the traditional style of Zanzibar, each room has a private bathroom with a shower and a bidet, as well as a ceiling fan and air conditioning. All are equipped with a double bed, a direct dial telephone, a safe and a minibar.

## Sport
This hotel features a swimming pool and massage treatments are available for an additional fee. The large beach means guests can also use the services of the adjoining hotel, the Palumbo Reef, which organises sports activities such as beach volleyball, 5-a-side football, bocce and beach tennis. For diving and kite surfing, the hotel has a special arrangement with a centre located outside the resort. The island also offers guests who enjoy boat trips and snorkelling the chance to hire boats for leisure trips or deep-sea fishing.
