It is located directly opposite the Royal Castle Research Centre and is only a stones throw away from The Royal Liverpool Hospital, the The University of Liverpool's faculty of Medicine and Dental School, within walking distance to JMU's Mount Pleasant, Byrom Street and Henry Cotton Campus.It is within easy walking distance to the city centre.There is no such restaurant. Rooms are in self catering apartments, however Continental Breakfasts (if supplement paid on booking) are boxed and left in the fridge for clients prior to check-in. There is a Common Room with comfortable couches and all Sky TV channels, a pool table and a table tennis table. There is also an on-site gym with sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool.This is a large purpose built modern apartment complex which opened only a couple of years ago.This is large and modern in appearance with 24 hour staff presence.This is excellent budget type accommodation offering superb value for money. It is modern and yet basic, and ideal for single travellers, couple travellers or groups who want to stay in single or double rooms only.
