The apartment hotel, built in 1990, comprises 20 two-bedroom apartments spread over 2 buildings on 2 floors (without a lift). There is a reception desk available to guests from 7:00 - 15:00 in the Playa Blanca apartments.
## Location
These apartments are located in Cala Blanca. Convenient public transport links can be found just a stone's throw away and various restaurants and bars are also within easy reach of the complex, only 500 m away. The nearest sandy beach is just 300 m away and Menorca Airport can be easily reached in 60 minutes by making use of local public transport (about 50 km).
## Rooms
All the apartments have a small kitchen with a fridge, a bathroom with a bath, a safety deposit box (payable locally) and a terrace or balcony. They each have 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room area. Amenities include a TV, tea/coffee maker and a washing machine.
## Notes
The reception is open from 7:00 to 15:00 (next to the Playa Blanca apartments). If guests should arrive outside reception hours they will find a note in reception with their name and apartment number on it. The apartment will be open with the key inside.
