The residence is situated in the family-oriented resort of the Hautes Alpes, close to the ski slopes and 100 m away from the shops. It enjoys a privileged location, within a stone's throw of the resort centre where guests can enjoy numerous activities such as skiing, snow-shoe walking and walking. The centre of Vars is around 3 km from the ski hotel and Guillestre is approximately 15 km away. Marseille Provence Airport is roughly 255 km from the hotel.

Each apartment features a kitchenette equipped with 2 hotplates, a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher, an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and a separate WC, as well as a private balcony (without furniture).
