Hotel Overview

The Loixmar Apartments are in the Rincon de Loix area of central Benidorm, only a few minutes from the Levante beach and the resort centre, with bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife.

*Please Note: Guests arriving outside of the hotel's office hours should come to Folies Vacances, located at Loimar Local 7, Avada. Atmells del Mar No. 20, Rincon de Loix, Benidorm. Here guests will find a note on where to collect their keys from.*

*Guests arriving outside normal hotel reception hours (Monday – Friday 9:30 – 19:00 and Saturday 9:30 – 17:30) must pay their breakage deposit fee of €100 per one-bedroom and €150 per two-bedroom on a debit or credit card once the reception is re-opened. As soon as the apartment has been checked upon guests check-out the deposit will be refunded.*

The Loixmar Apartments are within easy access to nearby restaurants and bars, it provides a relaxing base for your holiday. The apartments are 400 metres from Levante Beach, and 200 metres from restaurants, bars and shops.

##Accomodation
1-bedroom apartments will have 3 or 4 beds

All have * terrace * bathroom/shower * WC * satellite TV * Telephone * kitchenette * fridge/freezer * (certain amenities may be payable locally)

Please note: Key collection at the FOLIES VACANCES office (AVDA.AMETLLA DEL MAR, EDIF. LOIXMAR, LOCAL 7 BENIDORM) From 9AM-1:30PM & 4:30 PM-8PM. For arrivals outside of these hours there will be a note on the door of the same office with the key collection point.

Guests must leave a returnable deposit for the keys upon collection of 100 euros for a one bedroom apartments and 150 euros for a two bedroom apartment.

There are no eating or drinking facilities although there are several restaurants and bars nearby.

There is a swimming pool.
