Newly opened in november 2009, this modern three star hotel is located just beneath the fairytale castell coch (red castle) in the village of tongwynlais, just off junction 32 of the m4 and 15 minutes by car from cardiff city centre. Handy for both leisure and business travellers, the hotel has 95 comfortable bedrooms which feature satellite tv, tea and coffee making facilities and ensuite bathrooms. There is a lounge bar area and the hillside restaurant serves a hot buffet selection and a la carte menu of english and international dishes and is open throughout the day for breakfast, lunch and evening meals.Please note that this hotel no longer will offer leisure facilities.
