This complex comprises a total of 240 apartments with 2- and 3-bedroom units spread over a number of 2-storey buildings.

## Location
The apartments are conveniently located just 13 km from the Walt Disney Resort. Countless restaurants, bars and various shops are located within the immediate vicinity. Both Universal Studios and Sea World Orlando are just a 25-minute drive from the apartment complex. Downtown Orlando is approximately 26 km away.

## Rooms
The apartments feature a master bedroom with a king-size or queen-size bed as well as an en suite bathroom. The other bedroom includes either 2 twin beds or 1 double bed and some have a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, toaster as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Each apartment includes a direct dial telephone and cable TV. Also featured in the apartments are a washing machine, a dryer and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.

There is a heated swimming pool available for use in the grounds with a hot tub.

## Notes
Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours per day by telephoning freephone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa, guests will be asked to supply a credit card as sucrity for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heating, cots rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Check-out time from the accommodation is 10 am.
