Some of the exciting activities available in the area include bike tours, river rafting and also see some of the impressive sights such as the Dunn's River Falls, a tour through a Jamaican agricultural property and the Coyaba River Garden and Museum. The nearby town of Ocho Rios was once a fishing village but now caters for tourists as well with restaurants, night clubs and shops; it is also a popular port for cruises and one of the most popular activities is the chance to swim and interactive with the dolphins in Dolphin Cove.

##Eating and Drinking
The main buffet restaurant at the resort is the Tropical Terrace, an open-air restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant also features a stage for afternoon and evening entertainment including fashion and cabaret shows, and for those looking for a late meal it also offers a midnight buffet service.

Additional restaurants at the resort also include the Munusan, an air-conditioned Japanese restaurant with typical minimalist décor and four eight-person teppanyaki tables; also there is the Martinos serving unique Italian cuisine with a Jamaican twist and the Reggae Café with an open-air oceanfront spot perfect for casual dining with a selection of Jamaican specialties.

Along with the restaurants the resort also features a number of bars including the Disco Bar in the nightclub, with some unique features such as the 20ft long transparent water slide section; or alternatively there is also the air-conditioned Piano Bar open daily for cocktails and features unique events in the evenings such as laser karaoke.

There are a total of 3 swimming pools to choose from at this resort, with one of them including a large water slide. There are also sun terraces with loungers/parasols, a pool bar available all day for refreshments, two spa tubs and even more at the spa centre.
