The Ambassador Playa Hotel enjoys a position close to Levante beach which has a wide promenade with plenty of bars and cafes. The beach is sandy and slopes gently into the water which makes for relatively safe for families whilst further out to sea are swinging bridges, diving boards, rafts, and slides.

The hotel has two outdoor swimming pools, both with sections for children. In winter, one of the pools is covered and heated.
