The apartment hotel is located in Alpedrete, just 30 km from Madrid city centre and close to El Escorial palace, the historical royal residence of Granja de San Ildefonso and Valle de los Caidos basilica and memorial. Guests will find restaurants and bars in the centre of Alpedrete, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The town of Collado Villalba and the Sierra de Guadarrama mountain range are both a 10-minute drive from the holiday village, and Madrid-Barajas airport is approximately 45 km away.

All the apartments are equipped with a complete kitchen equipped with a washing machine, microwave, cooker, hobs, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The apartments additionally feature an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a double bedroom and a dining room with a TV and Internet access. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating also feature in all rooms as standard.
