This complex was built in 1967 and renovated in 2003 to accommodate more to travellers' needs and make it a much better place to stay. The hotel has a central location in ‘Avenida Europa', Benidorm and it is just 300 metres away from the sandy beach of ‘Playa de Levante'.

Shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are just 15 minutes (walking distance) from this complex and within close vicinity there are more amenities, attractions and activities for your enjoyment and leisure.

##Accomodation
The hotel has a total of 140 apartments divided between 14 floors. The apartments are comfortable and spacious with a large balcony and equipped with a full kitchen, oven, cooker, fridge, freezer, cooking utensils, safety deposit box, television and internet access.

Please note: A breakage deposit of 100 euros must be paid upon arrival to the hotel. This will be refunded at the end of your stay upon satisfactory condition of the room.

##Eating and Drinking
The complex does not have its own restaurant or bar but plenty of options can be found just a short walk from the premises. There is a supermarket across the street from the complex and a restaurant. The city centre is just a 5 minute walk.

##Swimming Pools
The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with parasols and loungers available for hire at a small cost.
