Hotel Overview

This charming country house is delightfully situated and enjoys views of the green Appenine Mountains from which flows a rushing stream, cascading over rocks and slipping away below the villa. The gazebo, complete with barbecue and sink, provides guests with the opportunity to enjoy al fresco meals in harmony with the sound of the water. The house is comfortably furnished and the apartment is on the 1st floor whilst the owner lives on the ground floor of the property. There is a total of 5 rooms available and the premises feature a garden. Guests may also take advantage of the parking.

## Location
This villa overlooks the mountains to one side and the village of Reggello, which is about 2 km away, to the other. Reggello offers restaurants, bars and shops and the villa is located to the south east of Florence. The historical city with its museums and galleries can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The city of Siena is also within easy reach, either by the scenic country route or via the Autostrada del Sole.

## Rooms
The accommodation offers a sitting room with a TV, a kitchen/diner with a cooker, an oven and a fridge/freezer, as well as a twin-bedded room, a double-bedded room and spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower cubicle and WC. It also features a terrace.

The villa offers sun loungers and parasols and there is a sun terrace.

## Notes
A refundable security deposit is payable on arrival, and a cot and infant's highchair are both available (payable locally). It is essential that guests telephone in advance to give an estimated time of arrival.
