This country barn conversion, offering a total of 2 rooms, has been renovated from top to bottom, and is split into 3: the friendly, wine and olive oil producing, owner occupies the top floor while the ground floor is divided into 2 apartments, Girasole and Giglio. There is ample off-road parking and each apartment has an outside eating area and patio which are not private.

## Location
This apartment is located near the main Chiantigiana wine road, so there is some traffic noise. Otherwise just the classic noises of the Chianti countryside are all that can be heard here. The charming hilltop town of Panzano has all the essential shops, restaurants, bars, a chemist and a bank and is within walking distance at 600 m away. It also offers a frequent bus service to Florence (32 km) and Siena (32 km).

## Rooms
On the ground floor, there is a sitting/dining room and a kitchen corner with an oven, a hob, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer as well as a double room with an en suite shower room and a WC. Central heating is available as standard.
