This lodge is situated in the 8000-hectare Mthethomusha Game Reserve, bordering the world-famous Kruger National Park in South Africa. Johannesburg International Airport is 450 km away.||Bongani is a low-risk malaria destination due to the altitude of the Lodge, which offers an unforgettable mountain safari with breathtaking views of the surrounding African bush. Renovated in 2009, this lodge comprises a total of 40 accommodation units, including 39 doubles and 1 suite. This elevated safari lodge offers chalets and suites which are a subtle blend of timber and thatch, spaciously spread out across an impressive mountain ridge, within easy walking distance of the guest areas perched above. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a bar and a breakfast/dining room.
