The hotel was built in 1952 and completely renovated in 2002. There are a total of 50 rooms spread over 4 floors. The hotel's facilities include a small garden with a terrace, a reception area with lifts, a lounge area and a cosy bar. In addition, the hotel has its own car park.

## Location
This hotel is centrally located between the Colosseum and Termini main railway station. Further eminent tourist attractions, such as the Basilica Santa Croce and San Giovanni, as well as scores of shops and other entertainment venues, are situated in the surrounding area and are easily reached on foot or on public transport.

The en suite rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, a telephone, satellite/cable TV, a minibar, a fridge, air conditioning, central heating and a safe. In addition, the rooms also include a lounge area and a balcony and a terrace.

## Notes
It was decided by Rome City Hall on the 28th/29th July 2010 to introduce a tourist tax to be paid per person per day. Clients have to pay the tourist tax in cash at the hotel.
