The Albatros Palace Resort is a five-star beachfront oasis offering a wide variety of activities and attractions. Combining great architecture, a warm welcome and excellent dining and facilities, the Albatros Palace Resort is perfect for an all inclusive holiday in Egypt. The airport and the centre of Hurghada are approximately 20 minutes drive away.

This luxurious Red Sea hotel has a total of 600 rooms and suites, all of which have a spacious balcony or terrace, cable television, air conditioning and king or queen sized beds. In addition to the large pool and terrace area, the Albatros Palace Resort also features a fitness room and gym, a sauna, a steam bath and a spa where you can enjoy a range of massage treatments.

There are also activities such as water polo, basketball, tennis and volleyball, table tennis, billiards and darts. The more adventurous may want to try their hand as horse or camel riding. As well as various sporting options there are nightly entertainment shows at the open air amphitheatre and during the day guests can browse through the shops in the shopping arcade, or take the shuttle bus to Hurghada city centre (with extra charge).

The Albatros Palace is also the ideal Egyptian destination if traveling with children as there is a supervised kid's club with a playground and organized activities as well as several children pools and waterslides. Special children meals are even available at the restaurants and what a choice of restaurants there are!

Buffet style dining, snacks and drinks are all included in the Albatros Palace Resorts extensive all inclusive programme which involves each one of the hotels four restaurants, four bars and four cafes. The AI option also includes the hotel-run kids' club, use of the private beach, tennis (daytime use only), table tennis, volleyball, boccia, the resort fitness and recreation facilities including pools, fitness room, aerobics and water gymnastics, the animation program and daily evening shows.

##Eating and Drinking
The hotel has plenty of wining and dining options including Tagin, a buffet restaurant serving Moroccan specialties starting with breakfast from 7am to 10am, long sleepers' breakfast from 10am to 11am, lunch from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, kids' snacks from 5.30pm to 6pm and dinner between 6.30pm and 9.30pm. There is also the Mediterranean buffet restaurant which opens for breakfast from 7am to 10am, lunch from 12.30pm to 2.30pm and dinner between 6.30pm and midnight. Il Caminetto is another buffet restaurant serving breakfast from 7am to 10am and then freshly made authentic Italian food from 12.30pm to 2.30pm and again from 6.30pm to midnight. If its buffet style Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Indian specialties you are after then L'Asiatique is the place. It opens for breakfast from 7am to 10am, long sleepers' breakfast from 10am to 11am and dinner from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. The hotel has a food court where you can get delicious snacks including salads, French fries, pizza, hot dogs, hamburger sand spaghetti from midday to 3pm and enjoy refreshing drinks of all kind till sunset. The Food Court also serves late snacks from 3pm to 5pm. At the Island Pool Bar and Sunset Bar, in addition to drinks, there is also soup from 11am to midday, kids' snacks from 5.30pm to 6pm and ice cream for children (up to 12 years) from midday to 8pm. The following bars and cafes also serve snacks and beverages throughout the day: Mocambo Cafe, Mandolino Cafe, Le Charlotte Cafe, Columbus Cafe, Oriental Palace Bar, Beach Bar (from 10am to 7pm) and at Le Pacha Bar from 5pm till midnight.

The hotels all inclusive programme includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner, all local alcoholic beers, wines and spirits and soft drinks, tea and coffee from 10am until midnight, 1 soft drink and 1 small bottle mineral water per day in the mini bar and ice cream and popcorn for children. The AI option does not include premium drinks or drinks after midnight in the bars and disco.

##Swimming Pools
The hotel has a large attractively landscaped swimming pool surrounded by sun terraces and furnished with loungers. Umbrellas and palm trees help to shade parts of the terrace so you can relax in comfort.
