The Orlando Tourism Bureau (OTB) is set to launch a multi-million dollar advertising campaign aimed at keeping the destination out in front of it's competitors.
This weekend there will be two million inserts in the News Of The World and The Mirror, which will be followed up with a further two million inserts in January 2008. There will also be advertising on television, both terrestrial and satellite, from September 17th.
Gary Sain, the President and Chief Executive of the Orlando Tourism Bureau said "UK consumers told us they long to escape the demands of everyday life while on holiday and that they look for destinations that provide a wide variety of activities for everyone to enjoy."
"The campaign is designed to evoke interest in exploring Orlando and discovering the unparalleled options holiday makers can't find anywhere else in the world."
The new advertising campaign also sports a new Orlando logo featuring different colours and design.
