Hotel Overview

The hotel has been fully restored and has retained all the characteristics of its 19th century time, respecting both style and furnishings. It is a perfect blend of ancient elegance and the comfort of modern technology. The hotel has 112 rooms including standard, superior, deluxe, junior suites and suites. Guests are welcomed to the air-conditioned establishment in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Further facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, lift access, a café, a bar, a pub, a restaurant and conference facilities. ## Location
Located in the heart of Roma Umbertina near the opera house and the impressive Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, in the spectacular scenery of Piazza della Repubblica, the hotel is set in a strategic position to visit all of the historic centre. The main tourist and shopping district, Via Veneto, Via Nazionale, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and many other destinations are a few minutes away on foot. Rome Ciampino Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 30 km and Leonardo da Vinci - Fiumicino Airport is some 35 km.

## Rooms
The floors of all rooms and all the common areas are made of marble, Venetian mosaics and parquet. The bathrooms have been completely restored with rare marble. All rooms are equipped with a shower, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, a safe and a minibar. The rooms are air-conditioned and centrally heated.

## Meals
The restaurant serves traditional Roman cuisine as well as an extensive Italian and international meat and fish menu. Guests may choose wines from the hotel's cellar. Buffets are served at all meal times whilst à la carte and set menu dining options are also provided at lunch and dinner.
