Quietly situated outside Benagil, near Carvoeiro within its own orchard and vineyard, this spacious single storey villa is entered through private gates and is perfect for guests wanting to concentrate on lounging outside in the sunshine. The main feature of the property is its fantastic rear terraces, which include a shaded verandah accessed from the sitting-dining room and a huge, south-facing pool terrace ideal for perfecting your tan. Reached by steps from the verandah, the terrace boasts an excellent, good size pool, whilst to the side, there are cool lawns dotted with fruit trees and a covered summer kitchen area for preparing and gathering over meals in the shade. Sunbathers will also love the roof terrace, which is gated for safety and affords inspiring views over green countryside to the sea in the distance. From the verandah, doors bring you into the traditionally furnished, comfortable sitting-dining room, and a small kitchen, which has its own door to a further small terrace. The bedrooms are in keeping with the rest of the property, and benefit from the same dashes of bright colour that the owner has introduced everywhere to add a contemporary feel. The supermarket, restaurants and lovely cove of Benagil are within walking distance, whilst other beaches are a short car journey away. NB.
