Situated next to the Villa Pinhal, the Formosa stands in a quiet rural area and offers high-class accommodation ideal for families or groups. Inside you are greeted by bright, spacious and immaculate rooms all finished with cool tiled floors and contemporary peach and terracotta colours. A large, air-conditioned sitting-dining room is the centrepiece and is comfortably furnished with welcoming sofas and a Mexican-style wood dining suite. Patio doors from here connect to an amply sized terrace perfect for al-fresco dining and beyond, the delightful south-facing pool with its encircling terraces and lawns. An additional front terrace provides shady seating areas and the mature trees framing the gardens create a relaxing air of privacy. Everything you need for preparing meals is provided in the kitchen, which is fitted in modern farmhouse style and offers all the mod cons. The tiled staircase ascends to the master double bedroom, whilst the other two double bedrooms are conveniently located downstairs. Each air-conditioned bedroom is decorated in attractive pale shades and smart, wrought iron furnishings. A corner whirlpool bath in the master bedroom ensuite adds a final touch of luxury.
