Fronting the two-storey house are terraces on the first and second floors, which are both excellent for sitting in the shade and sunshine. From the lower terrace, doors lead to the beautifully decorated interior, which is tastefully done out with tiled floors and comfortable furnishings. The open-plan sitting room-kitchen is equipped with quality modern appliances and upstairs, the three bedrooms each have access to the terrace, whilst the double bedroom opens out onto a balcony affording wonderful sea views. The very attractive pool area has ample space for sun lounging and there is a lovely barbecue area for when you want to stay in and enjoy al-fresco meals. A narrow hilly walk also brings you to the shops and tavernas of Nissaki as well as a local beach, and the local supermarket offers free deliveries - a bonus for added convenience.
