This well-appointed villa lies in the countryside resort of Caramujeira/Carvoeiro, within a small residential complex steeped in peace and quiet. Reached via a private driveway, its main attraction is its spacious lawned gardens, which border the front and extend to the side where gently rolling lawns enclose the excellent pool. Tiled terraces edge the pool, which catches the sun for long hours and both the front and side gardens are well stocked with pretty oleander trees and palms, all contributing to the rural and secluded feel. To the front of the house, steps lead down to a further small terrace offering lovely views over the sea and coast in the distance. A covered front verandah spans the width of the house, where two sets of patio doors lead into the spacious and light sitting and dining room, which is simply, but more than adequately, furnished. A bright kitchen, two bathrooms, a cloakroom and three pleasant bedrooms, two downstairs, complete the accommodation. The nearest town, Carvoeiro, is five kilometres away and the golden sands of Benagil and other stunning bays are also within easy reach. The Damasqueiro is perfect for larger family or groups when booked alongside the three-bedroom Villa Amoreira, which stands next-door-but-one in the same cul-de-sac. NB.
