Hotel Overview

This is an apartment hotel complex which has been operational since 2005. It was renovated in 2009 and has a total of 160 rooms. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include a hotel safe and a currency exchange. It also offers two large outdoor swimming pools, an open-air kindergarten, café, bar, restaurant, parking space, and security. The swimming pool, sun beds and parasols near the pool are free of charge, other amenities are subject to an additional charge. WLAN Internet access is available (fees apply) and guests can also take advantage of the room service and laundry service (fees apply to the latter).

## Location
The hotel is located in the sea resort of St. Vlas, 35 km from Bourgas and 7 km from Nessebar. It is situated on the seafront, about 1.5 km from restaurants, bars and night clubs. It covers an area of 12,000 m² and it comprises three main buildings. The Marina Dinev Yacht Club, the most modern five-star yacht club on the Black Sea coast, is located right in front of the hotel. There is a bus station about 500 m from the hotel and the train station in Bourgas is about 35 km away. Bourgas Airport is approximately 40 km from the hotel and Varna Airport is approximately 58 km away.

## Rooms
Each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower, bath and a hairdryer. Rooms are furnished with double beds and amenities include satellite/cable TV, a radio, Internet access, a safe and a kitchenette with a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. An ironing set, individually regulated air conditioning and heating are further standard facilities. Each room has its own terrace.

## Sport
The hotel offers numerous amenities to its guests including a sauna and a gym. Guests can take a dip in one of the five outdoor swimming pools, including 2 children's swimming areas. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out on the sun terrace. Refreshments are available from the poolside snack bar. Further activities that guests can take part in include aqua fit sessions, and massage treatments are also available (fees apply to both). Water sports on the sandy beach include jet skiing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, motor boating, banana boating, sailing, catamaran boating and canoeing (fees apply to all these activities). Sun loungers and parasols are also available for hire on the sandy beach. Alternatively, guests can play a game of tennis, pool/snooker, go bowling, play minigolf or go horse riding or biking (fees apply to all these activities). Moreover, the hotel organises entertainment programmes for adults and children (fees apply). The nearest golf course is about 3 km away.

## Meals
Breakfast is available as a buffet for an additional charge. Lunch and dinner are available à la carte at the restaurant.
