The Beachline Expressway which leads to the beaches on the East Coast of Florida within 40 minutes' drive is just 1 km away from the complex and the Interstate 4 which will take guests to Walt Disney World is also just 1.5 km away. Orlando International Airport is just 17 km away and it is 61 km to Sanford Orlando International Airport.

## Rooms
All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and offer a double bed. They include a large living area with elegant furnishings, a 42-inch plasma TV and a direct dial telephone. They have a kitchen with all major appliances, including a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, in addition to bedrooms with a 20-inch flat-screen TV and a private patio or a balcony. All units offer high-speed WLAN Internet access and an ironing set and washing machine are also provided in all units as standard as well as air conditioning and central heating. Maximum occpancy is 2 persons per bedroom.

Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection are to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After-hours key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day by telephoning freephone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa guests will be asked to supply a credit card as security for their villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat and rental of baby cots and highchairs. All apartments and condos are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-out time from the accommodation is 10 am.
