## Location
The hotel is located in the heart of the Cotswolds, just 10 km outside Cheltenham. Set in its own private estate with a small river running through the grounds, the property enjoys such a pretty position surrounded by the rolling meadowside of the Cotswold countryside. It is ideally situated next to a golf course and is an easy short drive into Cheltenham for restaurants, bars, pubs, nightspots, shopping venues and the theatre. Cheltenham Race Course is around 5 km or 10 minutes' drive from the hotel. Birmingham Airport is approximately 55 km, Bristol Airport some 65 km and West Midlands International Airport around 75 km from the hotel. Further airports include Cardiff Airport and East Midlands Airport, which are both approximately 105 km from the establishment.

## Rooms
The bedrooms have a contemporary interior design fused with the rustic nature. The hotel bedrooms are divided into 4 bedrooms housed within The Cotswolds Holiday Cottage within the grounds of the hotel and 6 bedrooms within The Livery (the hotel's converted stable block), while the remaining 22 bedrooms are within the main house of the hotel in The Cotswolds. The family bedrooms feature rooms with a double bed and a double sofa bed. In addition to a private bathroom with a shower, bathtub and hairdryer, standard in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, TV, tea and coffee making facilities, an iron and ironing board and central heating units.
