The Thalassa Village Skanes Hotel is right by the sandy beach in Skanes overlooking the sea. There are numerous watersports to try on the beach including surfing, pedalos, sailing, canoes, jet skis, water skiing and diving and the resort has a selection of shops, bars, restaurants and a quiet nightlife. The Thalassa Village Hotel Skanes is also only a short drive from Sousse and Monastir, both of which have plenty more shops, bars and restaurants to explore.

Typically styled, the Thalassa Village Skanes Hotel is simply furnished and decorated throughout, and is surrounded by pleasant palm tree filled gardens. The 486 guestrooms are equipped with en-suite facilities, satellite television, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view.

Beauty and body treatments, massages and thalasso therapies are available at the onsite Elyssa Thalassa Spa which has 12 treatment rooms, a Jacuzzi and an indoor thalasso pool. Outside in the gardens there is a large swimming pool, a relaxation pool and a children's pool, tennis courts and a mini golf course and a children's playground. The fun for kids continues with a mini club for 4 to 10 year olds and an entertainment program for children aged between 10 and 14.

Daytime and evening entertainment for adults includes sporting activities throughout the day and live music and shows after dark. For all of your food and beverage requirements, the Thalassa Village Skanes has six restaurants and six bars, so whatever you taste or mood you can be sure the hotel will satisfy it with buffet and a la carte dining options as well as beach, cocktail and poolside bars

##Eating and Drinking
The hotel offers plenty of wining and dining options including a main buffet style restaurant that opens for breakfast (6am to 10am), lunch (12.30pm to 2.30pm) and dinner (6.30pm to 9.30pm). There are also four themed restaurants for international, Tunisian, Italian and fish (all open from 7pm to 10pm however the Italian is only open June to October). From May to October the beach BBQ restaurant is available for lunch (12.30pm to 4pm). Refreshments can be enjoyed in the main American bar (8am to midnight), in the café (3pm to midnight), at the terrace bar (8am to midnight) and the pool bar (10am to 6pm), both from April to October and finally at the cocktail terrace bar (4pm to 9pm) and the beach bar (10am to 6pm), both from May to October.

##Swimming Pools
There is a large outdoor swimming pool, a quiet relaxation pool and a separate children's pool as well as an indoor pool which is heated from November to March.
