Located at the base of the mountain at the bottom of Lift 1-A, a short ride to Ruthie's run, the property is located 1 block from Aspen Mountain and in the heart of downtown Aspen, Colorado. It is an easy walk to dining and shopping in Aspen. The city of Aspen is among the most popular ski destinations in the entire West. Aspen and its sister town of Snowmass Village service four major ski areas (Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Snowmass, and Buttermilk), the highest concentration anywhere in Colorado. The aparthotel is within easy walking distance for all summer and winter activities from skiing, cross country skiing, hiking trails and mountain biking.

## Rooms
With fully equipped kitchens in each suite, guests will be able to easily prepare meals in the privacy and convenience of their own unit. Two-bedroom/two-bathroom units are available. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and dishwasher; a fireplace, a living room, a patio, parking, a radio and a cable TV. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and hairdryer, and the bedrooms with double beds. The air conditioning and heating are individually regulated.

There is an onsite pool. Sun loungers are laid out for use. For additional fees guests may go golfing and biking.
