Opened in 2005, this apartment complex offers attractive accommodation and compromises 5 storeys which are easily accessible by lift. Guests may also make use of the gym, sauna and paddle tennis and playground.

## Location
The apartments are located directly at the Marineta Casiana beach adjacent to the marina of Denia (about 150 m away). Within a radius of 150 m guests will also find the tourism centre, shops, bars, restaurants and pubs. Denia resort centre is in the immediate vicinity, while Alicante and Valencia airports are about 100 km from the hotel.

## Rooms
The apartments each come with 2 bedrooms with 2 beds. In the living area there is an extra double sofa bed. Furthermore all apartments come with a bathroom, a kitchen with, amongst other things, a fridge, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and an oven. Moreover, a washing machine, a TV and a terrace are also on hand. The air conditioning and heating are individually adjustable.

## Sport
The outdoor pool provides relaxation for adults and children. Sun loungers and parasols are additionally available for an extra charge on the beach.

## Notes
Key collection is made in the office on Columbus Street No 17. On delivery of the keys will request a returned deposit per apartment and a charge per week for cleaning and linen change.
