Hotel Overview

The hotel was constructed in the late Baroque style and radiates a feeling of grandeur and southern charm. Renovated in 2005, it consists of a main building and a neighbouring building, with a total of 70 apartments spread across three floors. Guests are offered a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, and a cloakroom. Further facilities at this family-friendly resort include a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, a cafe, a bar, a pub, a theatre, and an Internet connection. A sprawling summer garden surrounds the swimming pool with terrace - the sense of calm and cosiness in everywhere. Guests can take advantage of the room service and laundry services, there is a playground for younger visitors, and those arriving by car may make use of the parking facilities.

## Location
This hotel is located beside the beach in St Vlas on the Bulgarian coast of the Black Sea. It is only about a five-minute drive from Sunny Beach (Slantschew brjag), the most famous resort in Bulgaria. St Vlas is famous for its unique combination of mountains and sea. It is located in the eastern foothills of the Stara Planina mountain range and is a favoured holiday destination in all seasons for those seeking relaxation and circulation treatments. The tourist centre of Sunny Beach as well as a wide range of restaurants, bars, and shops can be easily reached on foot, while the nearest public transport links are located within metres of the hotel. Guests will reach Bourgas and Varna airports in 33 km and 100 km respectively.

## Rooms
The one-bedroom apartments have an average size of 65 m² and are suitable for up to four persons. They come with a bathtub or shower, a double or twin-bed room, and a double sofa in the living room. Also present is a kitchenette with a full set of kitchenware and cutlery, an oven, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, cable TV, and access to the balcony or terrace. All apartments also include a direct dial telephone, a radio, an Internet connection, a minibar, an iron and ironing board, air conditioning, heating, and a hire safe as standard. They also all face the pool area, and the majority on the upper floors offer breathtaking views over the gulf of Sunny Beach and Nessebar. Rooms are cleaned daily, and bed linen is changed twice weekly.

## Sport
Close to the hotel there is an open amphitheatre, where shows and entertainment programmes are performed. On the coast in St Vlas, a large yachting marina is currently in development, which will be completed in 2007. Along the marina, guests will find a lively promenade with bars, restaurants, clubs, and shops, turning the area into a lively entertainment centre. The hotel complex features two swimming pools, a children's pool, a poolside snack bar, and sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Visitors have the opportunity to use the massage services while staying at the hotel as well as the solarium, and sports enthusiasts may also enjoy a workout in the gym. Further leisure options include banana boating, jet skiing, motor boating, sailing, pedal boating, tennis, and beach volleyball. The hotel organises a diverse entertainment programme for guests of all ages.

## Meals
Breakfast is available to guests each morning. At lunchtime and in the evenings guests may select dishes from the set menu or choose from the à la carte option. Special dietary requirements may be catered for.
