Guests are required to produce a valid credit card with pin number at check in which will be pre-authorized for the full room charges and £50 per day to cover any extras. Guests who wish to pay their account by debit card may do so and the above amount will be charged in full at check in; any credit balance at departure will be reimbursed through the card.
 
Please be advised that the hotel has started a guest lift refurbishment on Monday the 9th of January, 2012. Guests will be able to access guest rooms from the existing staff lift. The lift works will take place between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday which will result in minimal building work related noise during these times. The new high speed lift will be available for the guest use prior the 29th of February.
