This beautiful Moroccan house was built in 1826 around three patios in the utmost respect of Moroccan architecture. The riad has 10 rooms including 3 suites. The air-conditioned establishment offers a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, WLAN Internet access and rooms and laundry services. Guests may hire bicycles on site.

## Location
Situated about 3 minutes on foot from the famous Djemaa el Fna square, taxis and souks, this magical place combines the peace and quiet of a local side street and the bustling excitement of all types of interests at the heart of the picturesque medina and the centre of Gueliz, the modern city. Links to the public transport network are within easy walking distance and Menara International Airport is approximately 5 km away.

## Rooms
The hotel rooms are all equipped with an en suite bathroom with a shower or bathtub, a hairdryer, toilet, individually regulated air conditioning and heating and WLAN Internet access. Further amenities include a dressing room, safe, double bed with linen and a flat screen TV with a wide range of international channels. All come with a private balcony or terrace and a living room.

The riad features an indoor heated swimming pool and, for additional fees, a sauna and massage and spa treatments. Royal Golf Marrakech is roughly a 20-minute drive from the guesthouse.

A daily traditional breakfast is served each morning and on request a typical Moroccan lunch and dinner are served in a large dining room.
