Kanapitsa beach is one of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches on Skiathos and has won the golden sea star and the blue flag awards for being one of the best beaches in Greece. The local bus stop is about 700 metres away and offers frequent connections for the 3 mile trip to Skiathos Town and Koukounaries.

There are plenty of water sports available on the nearby beach including water skiing, windsurfing, sea parachuting, pedaloes, sailing boats and motor boats, all of which are payable locally. Boat taxis run from the beach to Skiathos Town and the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to town several times a day.
