The apartment complex lies in the beach resort of Puerto del Carmen, in immediate proximity to the fabulous beaches and the commercial zone of Fariones. The capital of Arrecife is approximately 12 km away and it is 6 km to the airport. Less than 400 meters is the traditionally known as \Playa Grande\, is considered one of the best beaches on the island and offers a wide range of services.

Leisure options within the extensive complex include two swimming pools with separate children's paddling area as well as a sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers laid out ready for use. Various other opportunities are to be found in the surrounding area as well as on the beach, such as water sports - water skiing, jet skiing, motor boating, diving, surfing, windsurfing and catamaran sailing. Guests may also choose to go horse riding, cycling, play billiards and enjoy bowling. An entertainment programme also provides some variation for guests.
