The air-conditioned, family-run hotel offers guests access to the wonderful view from its terrace. There are a total of 62 rooms spread over a main building and an annexe block. Located on a hillside, this hotel lies close to the centre of Kusadasi and affords wonderful panoramic views out over the marina (approximately 600m away), Port and across to Pigeon Island. A bus stop offering a regular service to the centre of the resort is to be found directly before the hotel. The nearest beach is 900m away and it is approximately 70 km to Izmir airport.

All of the rooms feature an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, either 1 double bed or 2 single beds, an additional bed, a balcony or terrace, and, from most rooms, views out over the sea. Individually controllable heating and air conditioning come as standard.

In the outdoor complex is a swimming pool with a children's paddling area, a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace where sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use.
