The hotel is located near Wild Bill's Dinner Theatre, Medieval Times and Buena Park. Movieland Wax Museum and Knotts Berry Farm/Soak City can be found in the close vicinity. Founded in 1962 in Santa Barbara, California, the hotel chain is synonymous with great travel value. The first hotel in Santa Barbara still carries the torch today, but a lot has changed for the motel chain that pioneered the first real economy motel designed for the no-frills traveller.
