A carvery lunch menu is available Monday - Friday or there are lighter lunch choices available such as freshly made sandwiches and wraps from the sandwich bar. The Glaze Bistro offers dining during the evening with a varied choice of dishes.
 
Amenities: The air conditioned Mespil Gym is located in a duplex suite on the lower ground floor offering a variety of cardio and resistance equipment plus a balance and stretching room. The equipment includes treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes, rowing machine, Multi press, leg ex/curl, multi ab bench. The Opening hours are from 06.30hrs – 21.00 hrs daily and is open to guests only (over 18s).
 
Additional: 24 hour reception, facilities for disabled guests, meeting facilities, elevator/lift, wake-up service, currency exchange, laundry service, limited complementary parking on a first come, first served basis, on street parking (with charge).
