The Mayfair Grille is known for its friendly, casual yet elegant atmosphere, perfectly seasoned steaks and American abundance at moderate prices. Open for all day dining from 6:30am to 11pm, the design of the restaurant is reminiscent of a Cuban sugar mill, complete with extensive mill work, old stones and La Cantina doors that open up to the orchid-filled atrium. Combining old with new, a private wine room will host small groups and is crafted from antique wine crates and wine casks. The hotel offers Suite Service (In Room Dining) with cuisine from Mayfair Grille in the privacy of your guestroom and at whatever time suits your schedule from 6am to 10pm. The rooftop lounge has the energy of a New York club but the vibe of a hip, tropical Miami venue, complete with bottle service and appetizer menu.
Sports, games and activities: The new rooftop lounge and pool club incorporates eight private poolside cabanas fashioned with billowing white curtains and including an L-shaped sofa, private safes and flat screen TV's. The hotel is the only club to offer Nintendo Wii centres partnered with high end bottle service. Jurlique Spa at the Mayfair is open all week from 9am to 8pm (closing earlier on weekends) and features a comprehensive spa menu that includes a range of treatments combining Eastern and Western spa philosophies, including aromatherapy and the principals of homoeopathy and proven science. Jurlique products are the result of the natural purity and unique benefits of herbs and plant extracts, combined with state-of-the-art technology and research. Jurlique treatments exclusively use botanic, plant-based products that are grown organically on Jurlique herb farms in the pristine Adelaide Hills in South Australia.Guests can also utilize 24 hour state-of-the-art fitness centre with equipment offering aerobic, cardiovascular and strength training with Cardio Theatre, treadmills and stationary bicycles.
