## Location
The homes are just a 14-minute drive from Walt Disney World, located just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee. There are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets also within a 10-minute drive, as well as many golf courses within a 25-minute drive of the community.
## Rooms
The fully-furnished 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom homes each have a private pool. The homes are self-catering, cleaning is done prior to arrival and after departure. Standard features of the homes are an en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine and an ironing set. Centrally regulated heating and air conditioning makes for optimal comfort all year round.

The standard amount of pool furniture provided for each home is 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a table.

## Notes
Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection are to be conducted at the Homes Welcome Centre, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection is from the electronic locker at the Welcome Centre. Homes assistance is available 24 hours per day by telephoning freephone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa, guests will be asked to supply a credit card as deposit for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, cot rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non-smoking, pets are not allowed. Check-out time from the accommodation is 10 am.
