Laguna Park 1 features 147 apartments which have both full aparthotel and privately owned accommodation, just 20 minutes from Reina Sofia Airport and only 800 meters from Torviscas beach. The complex is in San Eugenio bajo ( lower), 500/600 meters or 10 minute stroll to Puerto Colon marina where a variety of boat trips are available. It is roughly the same distance to the beaches of Playa La Pinta, Playa Torviscas and Playa Fanabe. All have play areas for children. There are 7 golf courses, all between 2km. and 10km. away. The Aquapark is about 10 minutes walk. Outside the complex there is a full range of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs to suit all tastes. The San Eugenio shopping centre is less than 3 minutes walk away. Various water sports are available from the nearby beaches. The only ten pin bowling alley in the south of Tenerife is approx. 15 minutes walk or a short taxi ride.
